MATS is an all in one offering that includes technical support and product maintenance. It is provided as tiered offering that is based on customer needs. They are designed to meet MapInfo’s range of users from entry level users of low-needs as well as high-value/high-needs users.  Program features include:

Silver level MATS includes access to the MapInfo on-line knowledge base, automatic shipment of all the latest releases of MI Pro during the MATS period, 800 number MapInfo Technical Support for up to 25 incidents per year, 5 on-line training lessons and a 25% discount towards MapInfo's MapWorld conference registration.

Gold level MATS includes access to the MapInfo on-line knowledge base, automatic shipment of all the latest releases of MI Pro during the MATS period, unlimited priority response support with an exclusive phone number that places the caller at the top of the support queue for MapInfo Technical Support, 10 on-line training lessons, 50% discount towards MapInfo's MapWorld conference registration and remote desktop support that provides the ability to connect to your system via the WEB and share your desktop for quicker problem diagnosis.
